The Nextbase 222XR Dash Cam bundle gives you front and rear coverage for everyday driving. It records the road ahead in Full HD 1080p. The supplied rear window camera adds a 720p view behind you.

Front and rear recording

The 222XR captures the road ahead at 1080p and 30fps, which helps you pick out details such as road signs and number plates. The bundled rear window camera plugs into the main unit using a 6m cable, so you can also record what’s happening behind your vehicle in 720p.

Wide-angle view and night vision

A 140° wide-angle, four-layer F1.6 lens takes in more of the road and the pavements either side. Night vision helps keep footage usable in low light. A 2.5″ HD IPS screen lets you frame the shot and play back clips on the camera.

Intelligent Parking Mode

When you switch off the ignition, the camera drops into a low-power parking mode and only the G-sensor stays active. If it detects a knock or bump, the camera wakes up and records a short clip of the event.

Loop recording and file protection

Loop recording keeps the camera recording continuously by overwriting the oldest unprotected footage once the memory card is full. The built-in G-sensor automatically protects footage if an incident is detected. Nextbase recommends a U3 microSD card designed for dash cam use, up to 128GB.

Click&Go PRO mount

The Click&Go PRO magnetic mount holds the camera securely and passes power through to it. You can attach or remove the camera in one quick motion. The camera is also compatible with a polarising filter.
