DelicateDry programme, steam refresh and quick small-load cycle
Direct drain option, drum light and child safety lock

The Hotpoint HHDD80WWIRE is a freestanding 8kg heat pump tumble dryer in white. It suits busy households that want efficient, fabric-friendly drying, and Cold Guard technology means it can also sit in cooler spots like a garage or utility room.

Heat pump drying

Instead of a conventional heating element, a heat pump recycles warm air at a lower temperature, averaging around 40°C rather than 60°C. This is kinder to your clothes and uses less energy. The dryer has an E energy rating.

Cold Guard technology

Cold Guard is designed to keep the dryer working efficiently in temperatures as low as 0°C. That gives you more freedom over where to put it, which helps if kitchen space is tight.

Programmes for every load

There are dedicated programmes for Eco Cotton, Jeans, Mixed loads, Shirts and Synthetics. DelicateDry dries at a lower temperature to help prevent shrinking. A quick small-load cycle is there for when time is short, and steam refresh helps freshen garments and reduce creases and odours without a full wash.

Easy to use and maintain

A clear digital display, start delay and an end-of-cycle signal give you control over your drying. The interior drum light makes loading easier. The dual in-door filter is quick to clean, and the direct drain function lets you connect the drain hose to your home’s drain pipe so there is no need to empty the water tank.
