Ninja Foodi PossibleCooker is 5x more powerful than conventional slow cookers. Unlike traditional slow cookers which only use side heating elements, Triple Fusion Heat combines heating elements in the sides and base with steam heat to unlock even more cooking options – so you can also sear, sauté and simmer hearty meals to share, just like you would on the hob. Cook faster than conventional ovens*, with no preheat.

So many possibilities, all in one appliance. 8 cooking functions:

• Slow Cook delicious stews, sausage casserole and more for up to 12 hours, so they’re ready when you want them.
• Sear and Sauté just like on the hob – perfect for caramelising onions and vegetables and searing or braising meat, before cooking low and slow for tender, fall-off-the-bone results. This setting is also perfect for cooking creamy risotto.
• Steam delicate foods such as fish, vegetables and dumplings for a healthier way to cook, using the included stainless steel Steaming Rack.
• Braise tougher cuts of meat by browning at a high heat, then simmering in liquid at a low heat, for tender results.
• Simmer soups, sauces and stews, casseroles, curries, chili and more one-pot favourites at a consistent temperature.
• Bake (up to 230°C) desserts such as poached fruit or creamy cheesecake.
• Prove, rest and rise dough in a consistently warm and humid environment, before popping the cooking pot straight into your oven.
• Keep Warm after cooking or gently reheat food without drying it out.

This versatile worktop appliance replaces multiple cooking tools: Use it as a non-stick pot, sauté pan, cast iron skillet, steamer, saucepan, hob, slow cooker, stock pot, casserole dish, roasting pan, bread maker and food warmer. Store the integrated serving spoon in the oven-safe glass lid’s cast stainless-steel handle, for compact storage away from the work surface.
