Option 2 – Drop In Your Broken-Down Dryer To Us…

We have a fully equipped cooker repair workshop with an 10-bay testing centre. We can provide you a repair quote before we begin any repairs to your appliance.

Our No. 1 policy is customer service & honest advice to make all repairs the most cost efficient manner. We can advise whether to repair a machine or not especially if we see another possible issue that could cause more problems down the road… We don’t just fix one problem and leave you with another one.

As we do not charge extra for our labour, our Dryer repair service is a very cost effective solution for our customers. Customers only need to cover the cost of any parts needed along with our fixed call out fee. Plus, for even greater savings, we give discounts on certain call outs where it’s no longer viable to fix your old Dyer, so you don’t lose out on the cost of a full call out charge and having to buy a new replacement Dryer. You can also choose to drop in your machine to be fixed at our workshop for repair…

Do You Charge A Call Out Fee?

We charge from €60 (plus parts if needed) per call out, depending on your area. However, we do not charge extra for labour.

What If My Dryer Is Not Repairable?

 We offer a discount on our call outs if the appliance is too expensive to repair and the customer purchases a new appliance through our store.

What’s Your Response Time For Call Outs?

 We provide a very quick response to call outs, usually within 24-48 hours. 

What Guarantee Do You Offer On Repairs & Parts etc.?

 We stand over our parts and call outs; if the same issue comes up again within 1 month from date of repair, we will resolve the issue at no extra cost. However, if a different issue comes up then this is treated as a new call out.

 Should I Repair My Dryer Or Buy A New Cheap Model Instead?

 We believe that it’s well worth looking at getting your dryer repaired as it can be far cheaper than replacing it, because 95% of the time most issues are nothing major. Based on the description you give us when logging a repair call, we can advise on what the fault could be before we even book your call out, saving you money if it’s potentially a major issue.

What Days Of The Week And Times Do You Operate Your Repair Service?

Our opening times are from 9:30 am – 6pm Monday to Saturday. Service vans do begin at 8am – 6pm Evening calls maybe available depending on area.

Do You Contact The Customer On The Day Of The Call Out To Confirm?

 Yes, we give the customer an estimate time on day of call out and phone the customer 1 hour before we get there.

Are Your Technicians Fully Trained?

 We have certificates in all appliance repairs and we have fully insured technicians to comply with all regulations, also we get training on all new dryers that come on the market to keep up to date on all new products.

 What Kind Of Dryer Parts Do You Use?

 All our vans are fully stocked with a selection of parts for all dryer brands which cover up 95% of the parts needed. We offer both genuine and spurious parts depending on the customer’s choice. Spurious parts can be cheaper but we do offer genuine dryer parts. Genuine parts can be a lot more expensive than spurious ones.

Do You Offer Evening and Weekend Call Outs?

 We do offer call outs on Saturdays, but not on Sundays.  Also,  depending on your area, we don’t charge extra for evening or weekend calls.

Do You Repair Commercial and Domestic Dryers?

We repair domestic appliances only.

Will My  Dryer Be Fixed On Or Off-Site?

We aim to fix all appliances on site. However, if it’s more convenient for you, we can take your dryer away to be fixed. Customers also have the option of dropping their faulty cooker to our workshop in Kanturk, which is a cheaper option.
